Our pasture-raised cattle are primarily finished on non-GMO grain while still enjoying continuous access to grass to graze. For customers who prefer a leaner, earthier flavor profile, we also occasionally offer fully grass-finished beef. We maintain a low-stress environment by practicing rotational grazing that protects our soil and promotes herd health. As healthcare providers and multi-generation farmers, we raise every animal with care because we believe food should nourish your body and support your well-being.
